Are tickets refundable/transferable?
Refunds will not be issued on any ticket for any reason. Tickets can be transferred to a person other than the name listed on the ticket. Simply contact etix customer support: support@etix.com

Does my event ticket include tacos and margaritas?
The price of tickets goes towards covering the costs of producing and staffing the event. Additionally and most importantly, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Lawrence Humane Society.

Can I bring my dog/pet to the festival?
We love your furry friend and know you do too! However, since food will be prepared and consumed at this event; we ask that you leave them at home. HOWEVER, service animals are welcome of course!

Can I buy tickets and visit an actual box office at the event?
You sure can! The box office will open at 12pm (Noon) on October 15th. We’re located near the entry point of the festival, so you can’t miss us!

Which vendors will be at the festival?
Vendors are being added daily. We’ll have a final list posted closer to the event date.

How do we pay for out tacos and margaritas?
To make the process smooth for everyone, all festival payment will be done via “taco tickets”. There will be a booth at the event that you can purchase “taco tickets” at. Think of it like a carnival.. There will be some non-food vendors who will accept cash/credit.

Is this a family friendly event?
This is an all ages event and we encourage families to have a fun day with us! Children 5 and under are FREE. In addition to a kids area with face painting and activities, we’ll also have games and contests for the adults.
